Credits are model-specific
The selected model, resolution and duration determine the quote. Higgsfield’s credit guide says subscription credits expire at the end of their cycle rather than rolling over.
“Unlimited” has a scope
Included models and settings can vary by offer. Higgsfield limits these benefits to its website; its credit guide says generations through MCP, CLI, Canvas and Supercomputer still use credits.
What a clip really costs
Credits are not interchangeable between services. Compare dollars, model settings and the payment required to start. These are allocated generation costs, not individual clips you can buy for the displayed amount.

Is there a free Higgsfield alternative?
FreeImage2Video uses credits for every generation and requires Google sign-in. Any promotional credits depend on account eligibility and availability; they are not unlimited access or a promise that every model is free. Check your balance and the selected video’s credit cost before generating. Preparing an image and editing a prompt do not spend generation credits.
How much does Higgsfield cost per month?
On October 2, 2026, Higgsfield’s public pricing page showed Starter at $15 per month, Plus at $49 per month, and Plus annual at the equivalent of $39 per month ($468 billed annually). It also displayed a $3 one-time access offer with 40 credits. These are the offers checked for this comparison, not an exhaustive list of plans. Taxes and current offers may change the checkout total.
How many videos do Higgsfield credits actually get you?
It depends on the model, duration, resolution and any applicable Unlimited offer. Higgsfield’s comparison lists approximately 7 credits for a five-second Kling 3.0 720p video and approximately 22 for a five-second Seedance 2.0 720p video. Its Plus comparison estimates 133 and 44 videos respectively. Those approximate rates and counts are rounded; the quote on Generate is authoritative, and new attempts consume more credits.
Is there a cheaper Higgsfield alternative?
Compare the cash you must pay, the same model and settings where available, and how many useful clips you expect to keep. FreeImage2Video offers one-time credit packs as well as subscriptions, but credits have different values on different platforms. This page does not claim that FreeImage2Video is always cheaper or delivers equivalent results from different models.

Is there an open-source Higgsfield alternative?
This site is a hosted service, not an open-source or self-hosted Higgsfield replacement. Open-source video projects are a separate option; check each project’s model licence, hardware requirements and supported workflow. FreeImage2Video does not run video generation locally on your device.
Can I use Higgsfield’s Genjutsu effects somewhere else?
This generator cannot import or run Higgsfield Genjutsu presets. Higgsfield documents its own Genjutsu API, but that is a separate service and is not connected here. Do I need a subscription to make one video?
On FreeImage2Video, you can buy a one-time standard credit pack without a subscription and generate if the balance covers your chosen settings.
