These Terms govern your use of FreeImage2Video at freeimage2video.com. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
FreeImage2Video turns an uploaded still image and an optional motion prompt into a short AI-generated video. The current free allowance is two generations per day without login and ten generations per day after free Google sign-in. Allowances reset at 00:00 UTC and may change as the service evolves.
The service depends on third-party infrastructure and AI providers, including Kie.ai. Generation speed, availability, output quality, and temporary media links are not guaranteed. Download any result you want to keep.
Google sign-in is optional for the basic no-login workflow. If you create an account, you are responsible for activity performed through it and for maintaining the security of your Google account. Do not access another person's account or attempt to bypass generation limits.
You retain any rights you already hold in images and prompts you submit. You give us and our service providers a limited permission to host, transmit, process, and transform that content only as needed to provide, secure, and operate the service.
You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload the content and to create and use the resulting video. You are responsible for evaluating whether an AI-generated result is suitable and lawful for your intended use.

We may reject content, restrict access, or suspend accounts when reasonably necessary to protect the service, its providers, users, or third parties.
AI-generated video may be inaccurate, unexpected, similar to other generated material, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that an output is unique, free of third-party claims, or appropriate for commercial use. Review each result before publishing or relying on it.
The FreeImage2Video website, branding, interface, and original site content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the service to you or ownership of your submitted content to us.
We may modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue features, quotas, models, or the service. We may also update these Terms. Continued use after updated Terms are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, or error-free operation. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so those exclusions may not apply to you.
To the extent permitted by law, FreeImage2Video and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, business, or opportunities arising from use of or inability to use the service. Liability that cannot legally be excluded remains limited only to the extent the law permits.
