These Terms govern your use of FreeImage2Video at freeimage2video.com. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
FreeImage2Video turns an uploaded still image and an optional motion prompt into an AI-generated video. The guest trial provides one lifetime, five-second 480p generation with a FreeImage2Video watermark. Creating an account grants 12 credits once; those signup credits do not refresh or expire. Signed-in users can choose 480p, 720p, or 1080p output from 1 to 15 seconds, subject to their credit balance. Free-account output includes the FreeImage2Video watermark. Active Pro and Max subscriptions generate without that watermark. Top-ups add credits only and do not activate or change a subscription.
Credit costs, balances, plan allowances, prices, and availability are shown in the service and may change as models, providers, or operating costs change. The service depends on third-party infrastructure and AI providers, including Kie.ai. Generation speed, availability, output quality, and continued media availability are not guaranteed. Keep a local copy of any result you need to retain.
Google sign-in is optional for the basic guest workflow. If you create an account, you are responsible for activity performed through it and for maintaining the security of your Google account. Do not access another person's account or attempt to bypass guest, credit, generation, or security limits.
Stripe processes subscription and one-time top-up payments. The price, currency, billing interval, and any applicable taxes or discounts are displayed during checkout. Subscription credits refresh according to the plan shown at purchase and do not roll over unless the service expressly states otherwise. Top-up credits have the validity period shown at purchase and do not provide Pro or Max features by themselves.
Free-plan generated videos are normally stored for 90 days. While a paid subscription is active, the subscriber's available video library is protected, including videos created before upgrading. After the last paid period ends, that protection continues for a 90-day grace period. Provider-hosted files, failed storage operations, service availability, and legal or security requirements may affect media availability, so keep a local copy of important results.
You are responsible for reviewing the checkout details before confirming a purchase. Payment, cancellation, and any refund rights are subject to the checkout terms, Stripe's applicable terms, and applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
You retain any rights you already hold in images and prompts you submit. You give us and our service providers a limited permission to host, transmit, process, and transform that content only as needed to provide, secure, and operate the service.
You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload the content and to create and use the resulting video. You are responsible for evaluating whether an AI-generated result is suitable and lawful for your intended use.

We may reject content, restrict access, or suspend accounts when reasonably necessary to protect the service, its providers, users, or third parties.
AI-generated video may be inaccurate, unexpected, similar to other generated material, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that an output is unique, free of third-party claims, or appropriate for commercial use. Review each result before publishing or relying on it.
The FreeImage2Video website, branding, interface, and original site content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the service to you or ownership of your submitted content to us.
We may modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue features, credits, plans, models, or the service. We may also update these Terms. Continued use after updated Terms are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, or error-free operation. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so those exclusions may not apply to you.
To the extent permitted by law, FreeImage2Video and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, business, or opportunities arising from use of or inability to use the service. Liability that cannot legally be excluded remains limited only to the extent the law permits.
